Tutoring can be an essential tool to help you find academic success. Consider using tutoring to prepare for an exam, review topics from class, supplement and clarify your learning, or support you with homework or studying.

So, You’re Ready for Tutoring. Where Do You Get It?

If you’re in college, most schools have free tutoring on campus! High school students can find lots of free tutoring options online. Check out the list below to get started. All programs are available to high school students, and some are offered to college students as well.

A free virtual volunteer based tutoring program! Your sessions may be one-on-one or in a small group. This is a peer to peer service meaning you may receive tutoring from a high school student up to a college professor.

Get support with a range of subjects:

  • AP Test Prep

This is a free one-on-one online tutoring service for K-12 low-income students. You get to work with the same tutor each session, and receive support as long as it takes to reach your goals. 

Get tutoring in the following subjects:

  • K-12 subjects
  • PSAT & SAT prep
  • GED Test Prep

This 24/7 online resource is for high school students and connects you with a free one on one tutor within 5-10 minutes. Once you’re connected with a tutor you’ll be able to use the chat feature and a virtual whiteboard.

  • SAT Test Prep
