OneGoal (“OneGoal,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a college access and success nonprofit that works to close the degree divide and create a more equitable future for students, owns and operates the OneGoal Summer Hub website available at gradplan.org (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy describes how we may collect, use, and disclose personal information from visitors to our Website (“you,” “your”). It also describes your choices regarding use, access, and changes to your personal information.
By accessing or using OneGoal Summer Hub Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Website.

A Note About Children
Our Website is intended for individuals aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals younger than age 16. Should we learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from someone younger than 16, we will take steps to promptly delete it.
Usage Information and Tracking Technologies:
When you visit our Website, our servers automatically collect the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address associated with your device. We may also collect additional information such as your browser type and version, the operating system of your device and language, country, as well as areas in the Website you visit most frequently and when, and how you navigate our Website, including where you move your mouse on the page and links you click on. We use this information to help us administer the Website, remember your preferences, and diagnose technical problems. We do not serve targeted advertising on our Website, however, when you use the Internet, we and our third party partners, including advertising networks, analytics companies, and social networking platforms, as well as other third parties not affiliated with us, may use cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across our and other websites. We may use this information to target advertisements to you about our Website, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Unaffiliated third parties may use this information to target advertisements for products and services they believe may interest you.
We do not honor “do not track” signals transmitted by web browsers. How You May Modify Your Information
If you would like to review, correct, update or request that we delete Personal Information you have provided to us, please contact us at summerhub@onegoalgraduation.org and specify what you would like to review, correct, update or have deleted.
Third Parties
We engage with third parties to facilitate our delivery of our Websites and to provide certain features on our behalf, such as data hosting, analytics, content delivery, delivery of the GuideBot and Messaging features, maintenance, security and similar functions. These third parties may require a limited amount of information, including Personal Information, in order to deliver their services.
We may also share aggregated demographic information that is not linked or linkable to Personal Information with OneGoal funders and secondary school partners.
Links and Social Sharing Widgets
Our Website contains links to third party websites, including video players and social networking websites. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement or representation of an affiliation with that website. We do not control third party websites or their privacy practices. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you.
Our Website may also contain social network sharing widgets. These widgets may provide information to their associated social networks or third parties about your interactions with
pages that you visit on our Website, even if you do not click on or otherwise interact with the plug in or widget. The information is transmitted from your browser and may include data such
as an identifier assigned by the social network or third party, information about your browser type, operating system, device type, IP address and the URL of the web page where the widget
appears. We do not control the behavior of third party websites or social network sharing widgets, including their information collection practices. Those sites have their own privacy policies that
govern their collection, use, and disclosure of personal information you may provide to them, and we encourage you to read them.
Social Media
We use social networking services, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Discord, to communicate with you and to allow you to engage in communication with us. We may
integrate these social networking services into our Website as described above. When you provide information on social networking services or other online forums, it may be publicly
available, viewable by us and others, and also used by others, including the social networking services, for their own purposes. We do not control others’ access to and use of your
information, and we encourage you to read the privacy policy and terms of each website or service that you visit. Please consider your use of social networking services carefully, as your
use of those services is at your own risk.
Security
We use physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your Personal Information. However, the Internet is not perfectly secure and we are not responsible for security incidents that are not reasonably within our control.
Data Retention
We delete the Personal Information you provide through use of Guidebot and Messaging after 6 months of inactivity. Otherwise, we retain your Personal Information for as long as is permissible under applicable law, including as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, comply with applicable industry standards, and protect the security of our Website.
Opt-Out Policy
If you have opted in to receive SMS text messages, you may opt out at any time by texting “STOP” in response to a message or by sending a request to opt out to summerhub@onegoalgraduation.org.
Updates to This Policy
As our Website evolves, we may make changes to this Privacy Policy. The “last updated” date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised, and updates will become effective when they are posted.
