Great resources to help you on your college journey

Illinois has your back

The Illinois Student Assistance Commission, or ISAC, was established over 60 years ago to provide Illinois students with the information and help to make education after high school accessible and affordable.

ISAC provides support to Illinois students including:

  • FAFSA completion support
  • Student Loan repayment information
  • The Alternative Application for Financial Aid for undocumented students
  • Advising and college mentoring through ISACorps

How ISACorps can help you

The Illinois Student Assistance Corps (or ISACorps) is a talented group of recent college graduates who are trained to serve as near-peer mentors to high school students. Click on the link provided and search for your ISACorps Mentor by zip code.
